These Terms of Service apply to all services provided by lucelabs.

Services
lucelabs offers the development and provision of digital systems for businesses. Specific services are agreed upon individually.

Contract Formation
A contract is concluded through written or electronic confirmation of an offer.

Prices
All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) plus applicable VAT.

Payment Terms
Payment is made according to individual agreement. For recurring services, invoices are issued monthly or annually.

Warranty
Services are provided to the best of our knowledge. Liability for consequential damages is excluded.

Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of lucelabs.
